1. Important Note on Duties & Taxes


When ordering products from Serene Industries for delivery outside of the United States, be aware that import duties, taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Serene Industries is not liable for these charges. Refusing to pay these duties will lead to your order being canceled, with costs deducted for total shipping (including return) and any other relevant fees, such as credit card charges.

2. Additional shipping restrictions

• A minimum order value of $180.00 USD is required for deliveries to the UK.
• Serene Industries is currently unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine.
• Shipments to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers and military bases(APO, FRO) are not available.

3. Fulfillment & Delivery Times

• Serene Industries aims to dispatch all in-stock items within 3-5 business days.
• We cannot be held accountable for delivery delays once the order has left our warehouse.
• The chosen shipping method cannot be altered post-order placement; your order will be sent to the specified delivery address.
• Pre-order items will be shipped after they arrive and pass quality control at our warehouse.
• Ensure all necessary details, including apartment/suite/building numbers and company name, are provided.

• For domestic shipments: UPS/FedEx
• For international shipments: DHL Express

5. Shipping Times

• Domestic: 1-3 business days
  
• International: 5-7 business days
